Clients’ opinions of a motivation trip to the Republic of South Africa:
The trip to the Republic of South Africa did not come as a surprise to the employees of our company. At the end of every financial year and after having implemented sales plans, we go to an Accounting Conference held abroad. It is a lovely tradition of our international company maintained by many representative offices and subsidiaries of the company. During the tour much attention is dedicated to work, that is, presentations and work in teams; however, we also try to find the most attractive places of a country to visit and explore. The aim of such a trip is to motivate our employees, establish a team and unite them for joint objectives to be achieved. The Republic of South Africa was chosen as a really exotic country which had never been visited by our employees before. Besides, the number of trips organized to this country is fairly small. We went to Cape Town which is considered to be one of the capitals of South Africa; it is in the most southern point of the African continent and is known as a safe, cosmopolitan town. This place seemed to be very motivating for its uniqueness, mild climate and favourable work conditions. We are very glad that we had the opportunity to cooperate with excellent and flexible tour operators who attentively assisted us in solving unexpected problems and took care of our group and conference. We are also satisfied with the programme we were offered by the travel operators, especially with their idea of visiting the most southern point of the African continent - Cape Point - from which opens a marvelous view to mountains and sandy ocean beaches as well as the Aquila Game Reserve where we had a chance to ride a Land Rover, watch grazing rhinoceros, zebras, giraffes, lions and feed elephants. We all were fascinated by the welcoming concert of African musicians on Table Mountain, enjoyed watching the sunset on a yacht sailing along the coast and tasting South African wine. We brought home plenty of gorgeous photos, warm memories of the holidays and a desire to visit South Africa again. The beauties of nature, good working conditions and interesting itinerary helped to create a wonderful atmosphere of cooperation, an atmosphere that we would like to maintain here, in Lithuania.
